As a Starbucks Captain – Pilot-in-Command, you represent the pride and professionalism of the Starbucks Coffee Company brand and employees around the world. The captain is one of the company’s most visible representatives to the passengers and serves as a Starbucks ambassador both at home and abroad. They model the Starbucks guiding principles and act with tact and decorum - while providing the utmost in service and safety. The captain contributes to Starbucks’ success by acting as Pilot-in-Command of company aircraft for assigned flights and safely operating assigned aircraft in compliance with all federal, state, local and foreign regulations, as well as the policies and procedures specified in the company’s operations manuals. Pilots work closely with other crew members, dispatch, maintenance, and line personnel, in the planning and execution of flight operations and fulfilling the air transportation needs for Starbucks Aviation.
