Minimum requirements
- One or more type ratings preferred
- Military Experience will be considered when evaluating flight time requirements
- G-650 type rating preferred
Additional requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid Passport required
- Restricted Radio Operator Permit required
- Excellent organization skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Yellow Fever Vaccine required
- Candidate shall demonstrate a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
Preferred
- Corporate/VIP experience preferred
- Working knowledge of MS Office suite
Work conditions
Fixed-Wing pilots are required to maintain permanent residency within 60 miles of the Pfizer aviation facility located at the Trenton Mercer County Airport, excluding all areas east of the Hudson River.
Rotating shifts, holidays, weekends, and on-call status are routine
Ability to fly on short notice; Three-hour callout
Extensive domestic and international travel is required
Compensation and benefits
Summary
- The annual base salary for this position ranges from $161,600.00 to $269,400.00.

- Eligible for employee referral bonus
- In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
