Passport with unrestricted international travel
Ability to communicate effectively with crew, air traffic control, and stakeholders
Adaptive mindset and digital literacy, thriving in changing environments and leveraging technology for operational excellence

Preferred

Master’s degree or higher from an accredited university
Experience in advanced technology cockpits (EFIS, FMS systems) and world-wide flight operations
Completion of high-altitude physiological training
Demonstrated courage and action orientation—addressing tough challenges with urgency and enthusiasm
Recognized expertise in aircraft operations management, passenger safety, and flight data analysis

Summary

This position has a base salary range of $220,500 - $269,500.00
Annual Variable Cash Incentive Program (VCIP) bonus
