Additional requirements

Must have the right to live and work in the United States
Speak and understand radiotelephony communications as per ICAO Annex 1.
Ability to pass TSA and Port of Seattle background screening for ID badge and ramp driving privileges.
Valid passport and driver’s license.
Excellent Communication skills.
Self-starter, with a team-oriented nature
Supervisory experience.
Strong customer service skills, attention to detail, adaptability
Excellent follow-through and responsiveness.
Environmental awareness and stewardship.
Associates Degree Required.
Proficiency with business software including Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint

Preferred

Safety Management Systems (SMS) and risk assessment.
Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Job description

Seattle base Chief Pilot for FAA Part 91 corporate flight department operating three aircraft from two bases.

Our Chief Pilot at the Seattle base is retiring at the end of May 2026. We would like to identify a replacement candidate soon, to provide a smooth transition for our people and seamless operation at the Seattle base.

Summary

The salary range for this position is $151,500-$248,500 annually. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options.
