Bachelor's degree in business, Business Aviation, Safety, Operations Management or equivalent
Knowledge of the aircraft they shall command, client service expectations and skills, CFRs, ICAO Standards, applicable to International Jurisdiction Regulations, and Meteorological Science.
Previous experience operating in 14 CFR Part 91 or 135 environments is required, with a thorough understanding of 14 CFR Part 91 and ICAO Standard.
Must have an unmarred track record of maintaining excellent working relationships with the FAA and aviation training providers
Must possess a strong technical background, interpersonal skills, and strong leadership qualities.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, have split days off, and work weekends and holidays in a 24 X 7 environment
Be able to respond, react to on demand unscheduled trip and be wheels-up within 3 hours of first call
Ability to work in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, etc.) during outdoor patrols/stationed assignments
