The ability to travel extensively, domestically and internationally
The ability to work a non-standard work schedule on occasion, to include weekends and holidays
The ability to pass a FAA Class 1 physical examination every 6 months
The ability to meet the requirements of CFR Part 61.58 in aircraft to be flown
A strong knowledge of FAA operating rules & regulations
A strong knowledge of international operating rules, regulations, and procedures
Bachelor’s degree required or in process
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills, interpersonal skills, and communication skills (written and verbal)
Superior customer service skills and high degree of professionalism- this position routinely deals with the highest executive levels at Starbucks
Able to work effectively as contributing member of a diverse and highly qualified team
Highly motivated and seeks out new learning/development opportunities which promote personal and professional growth
Working knowledge of MS Office and other commonly used software programs.

Pay Range $135,300 - $211,600
