- Gulfstream IV type rating and/or current proficiency in multiengine turbojet large cabin aircraft
- International PIC flight experience
- Prior US Government operational flight experience
- Experience flying ISR, aerial mapping, or airborne data collection mission profiles
- Familiarity with DCMA Instruction 8210-1C or Army Regulation 95-20

- Restricted Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit
- Possess a valid driver’s license and an international driver’s permit

- Must possess and maintain a secret level or higher security clearance
- Must be able to complete pre-deployment training, DOT drug testing, and a medical examination in accordance with program standards through a CONUS Replacement Center
