Additional requirements Minimum 4 years of supervisory or managerial experience within the last 6 years over Part 135 operations. Expert knowledge of FAA Part 135 regulations and documentation, including GOM, Training Programs, and Ops Specs. Strong experience communicating with and managing FAA FSDO relations. Experience writing and revising operations and training manuals. Ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining compliance and safety. Commitment to team leadership and fostering a professional, safety-first culture. Must be willing to relocate to Arizona. Must be able to pass all FAA-required checks and maintain currency.
