Additional requirements

Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Aircraft specific training as required. An aircraft type rating is preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
Must be able to pass Transportation Security Administration (TSA) test to acquire airport security badge.
Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills with the ability to determine the appropriate action.
Process management skills.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong technical abilities with a thorough understanding and use of electronic devices, Microsoft Office products and other software or devices required to effectively perform the job.
Ability to use: ForeFlight, Veryon (Flightdocs), Nimbl, and ARINC.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Demonstrated reliability in attendance and work performance.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
Ability to concentrate for long periods of time.
Ability to communicate effectively with management, professionals, customers, and government officials.
Ability to respond rapidly, intelligently and calmly to emergency situations.
Ability to maintain flexibility in working conditions and requirements.
Ability to work a flexible schedule which may include, nights, weekends, and extended periods of time away from home.
Must be willing and available to work holidays.
Self-starter with the ability to manage time effectively, prioritize work to balance multiple projects, and work independently.
Ability to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks.
