- FCC Radio Telephone Operator Permit
- Leadership skills with the ability to give clear commands to crew and passengers
- Ability to think quickly and make decisions in difficult situations
- Capacity to remain calm under pressure
- Teamwork, problem solving, and conflict management skills
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to set priorities, multitask, meet deadlines, and resolve problems with a high sense of urgency
- Travel required more than 75%
- Ability to work around-the-clock as business needs dictate
