Additional requirements
The incumbent must possess technical expertise in assigned aircraft; a demonstrated record of adherence to established FAA regulations and Company policy and procedures.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience.
Preferred
The incumbent must have the ability to make consistent, logical and effective decisions under normal, abnormal, and emergency conditions, utilizing sound cockpit management principles and must display professional bearing and utilize strong interpersonal skills.

RTX Corporation has an exciting opportunity open for a professional Executive Aircraft Captain in Flight Operations who performs the duties of Pilot-in Command on RTFlight owned or leased aircraft in the transportation of RTX personnel and customers. This position is based out of our East Granby, CT location (BDL) and would be assigned to our fleet of Falcon 2000LXS aircraft.

Summary
The salary range for this role is 147,000 USD - 295,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
