- Mmust keep his/her primary residence within one hour driving distance of RTFlight.
- Typically requires a University degree and minimum of 12 years of experience as a professional pilot, flying complex turbine powered aircraft with a demonstrated record of adherence to aviation safety and standardization policies and procedures.
- Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, with senior management, fellow associates and aviation vendors, including the FAA.
- Requires deep management and leadership knowledge to lead cross-department project teams or manage across multiple related departments.
Job description
In this role you will perform the duties of Pilot-in-Command on RTFlight owned or leased aircraft, to transport passengers, material or the aircraft itself. Provide supervision and development oversight for pilot personnel; ensure compliance with FAA regulations and RTFlight policies and procedures. Assist with planning, development, presentation and evaluation of training programs for aircrews. Serve as a technical advisor for both maintenance and operational matters on specific aircraft.
