- RAAF qualifications of FCI/AWI – or – RAAF QFI/OFI recognised as tactical expert – or – US military equivalents of Weapons Officer or Instructor Pilot
- Significant 4th-5th generation fast-jet experience and qualifications
- A current Defence NV2 security clearance – or US equivalent – and the ability to attain PV
- To be an Australian or US citizen
- A strong desire to contribute to the development and expansion of Australia’s 5th Generation Air Combat Capabilities

Job description
Milskil is seeking highly motivated Weapons Qualified Pilots or highly proficient tactical fighter instructor SMEs to lead in the delivery of advanced F-35A pilot training at RAAF Williamtown, near Newcastle, Australia. A transition onto the F-35 will be provided.
