Job description
A direct entry captain is a new hire pilot that has extensive multi engine jet time in a two-crew environment. Each direct entry captain will complete all the training requirements for a Pilot in Command (PIC) and Second in Command (SIC) and within 4 months be assigned PIC duties after successful completion of PIC initial operating experience and line check.
