Summary Salary: Year 1 USD 82500/ Year 10: USD 103,031. Scheduled pay raise annually $7500 for pilots with previous type rating in aircraft being recruited for. $7500 retention bonus for pilots with commitment to remain for additional year. Actively Upgrading opportunities for senior First officers, junior captains. Health (Cigna Nationwide PPO plans), Dental, Vision, Pet Insurance, Life Insurance (Company paid and elective, Short and Longterm Disability, AD&D, CASS Reciprocal Jump seat, myID Travel Nonrevenue Travel Program, 401k @6%, ATP/CTP for upgrade candidates, Annual Profit Sharing, Monthly Uniform Stipend Airline covers 75% of family primary health plan premiums and 90% of single employee premiums. Hotel points, rental car points and airlines miles are kept by employee. Perdiem: provided per hour.
