Minimum requirements
- PIC 500 hours cross-country (defined as point to point)
- 75 hours instrument (50 must be in an aircraft)
- 100 hours at night
Additional requirements
- Type rated or Experienced in an EMB-110 is A MUST
- High performance and complex endorsements
- Instrument proficiencies check within the last six months.
- First Class or Second Class Medical
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Current Passport
- Eligible to work in the U.S., and travel unrestricted in and out of the U.S.
- Pilots are expected to live within 1 hour from their base.
- Valid driver's license

Work conditions
Our pilot training has a 4-5-week footprint. It starts with 10 days of InDoc at our headquarters in Manchester, NH. (KMHT). Then is in-house training on the EMB110 aircraft. After that, its aircraft specific training at various locations. Transportation, housing, pay and per diem are provided during training.
Flights typically operate 5 days per week departing in the morning and returning in the evening, with lodging provided at the outstation. Pilots are typically home during the day.
Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Annual Salary $83,000 plus
- $1,270 per week base salary
- $253 per week for Saturday (flight specific)
- $1.50 per hour per diem (approximately $90 per week)
