Work conditions
Training
Our pilot training has a 4-5-week footprint. It starts with 10 days of InDoc at our headquarters in Manchester, NH. (KMHT). Then is in-house training on the EMB110 aircraft. After that, its aircraft specific training at various locations. Transportation, housing, pay and per diem are provided during training.
Roster
Flights typically operate 5 days per week departing in the morning and returning in the evening, with lodging provided at the outstation. Pilots are typically home during the day.

Annual Salary $83,000 plus
$1,270 per week base salary
$253 per week for Saturday (flight specific)
$1.50 per hour per diem (approximately $90 per week)
