To be in possession of at least the Theoretical Airline Transport Pilot License (ATPL), or Commercial Pilot License (CPL), or Multi-Crew Pilot License (MPL), a valid Instrument Rating (IR) and a certificate of completion of the MCC course or equivalent.
Have the required flight hours to obtain a CPL license; In the case of an MPL license, have 70 flight hours: 1) as pilot in command, or 2) accumulate at least 10 hours as pilot in command and additional flight time as pilot in command under supervision (PICUS).
Of these 70 hours, 20 will be VFR cross-country flight time as pilot in command, or cross-country flight time consisting of at least 10 hours as pilot in command and 10 hours as pilot in command under supervision. This will include a VFR cross-country flight of at least 540 km (300 NM) during which full-stop landings will be made as pilot in command at two different aerodromes;
