Total flight time of more than 3,500 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5700kg or more
Minimum of 1,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours (exclude P1 U/S hours) on multi-engine jet, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.
Pilots without Jet experience: Total Flight Hours of more than 4,000 hours on aeroplanes with MTMA of 5,700kg or more; Minimum of 2,000 Pilot-in-Command (PIC) hours (exclude P1 U/S hours) on multi-engine turboprop, commercial airline transport aircraft certificated for multi-crew operation.

Additional requirements

A Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore issued ICAO ATPL (foreign ATPL will be required to undergo licence conversion which requires an instrument rating and a proficiency check that has a minimum of 6 months' validity.) 
Satisfy all vaccination requirements as required by CAAS.

Interview, screening and training section

Step 1

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to complete a series of online aptitude tests.

Step 2

Shortlisted applicants after online assessment stage will be invited to attend an Assessment Centre in Singapore. The Assessment Centre will consist of a group stage and an individual interview

Step 3

Successful candidates will need to attend a Simulator Assessment and MMPI Assessment over the period of 2 days.

Compensation and benefits

Summary

Where applicable, successful candidates will be trained to acquire an Aircraft Type Rating for the assigned fleet.
Successful candidates who are provided with type rating training will be subjected to a co-payment of the training cost and will be required to enter a training bond.
