Conducting CRM trainings in Polish / English

Co-creating and developing the content of training in terms of content

Co-creation of cooperation and communication rules applicable in a multi-crew crew

Initiating changes to the existing provisions on communication procedures

Participation in training to improve instructor skills in the field of CRM

Employment under a contract of mandate
Raising the instructor's qualifications through a series of training courses
