- Opportunity to earn over $1,000,000 over the first 4 years of flying as a Smart Start Captain (Based on Yearly Salary, Commuting Stiped, 401k Contribution, Retention Bonus, LCP Override Guarantee)
- $15,000 per month guaranteed for 24 months beginning on Day 1 of Class
- Pay protected from month 24 on.
- $2,000 per month commuting stipend
- 36-month retention bonus of $24,000 per year
- Guaranteed 12 days off per month
- 20 days of paid vacation
