Compensation and benefits
Summary
- Salary: $97,075.95-112,298.78 per year
- In addition to base salary, Twin Otter captains will receive a 25 per cent market supplement. Where a Twin Otter captain is BARS compliant, the market supplement will be 40 per cent in addition to base salary. Twin Otter captain will also receive a 10 percent off strip premium. (Salaries advertised include the minimum 25% market supplement)
- Twin Otter captains who are flying Medevac flights will receive a $100 per shift premium.
