Pilots must meet the qualifications of FAR 135.243(b), be personable, and customer service oriented.
You must be comfortable with living in a remote area (dry cabins, wall-tents, etc); employees share storage/kitchen/shower/laundry facilities provided by the company.
This is not a good fit for those without a genuine interest in flying small aircraft, remote living, and working closely with a tight team.
Preferred
CFI, mountain, tailwheel, backcountry, and Alaska experience are all preferred.
An A&P is also a bonus.
