Additional requirements
- Extensive experience in aviation theoretical knowledge instruction, preferably within an EASA-approved training organization.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as CTKI or Deputy CTKI.
- In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and standards related to theoretical knowledge training.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering training programs.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
