Summary
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- $4,000 Retention Bonus
- Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance for employee & family insurance premium paid 100% by Metro (if declined, employee will receive $5,000 stipend per year)
- Short Term Disability insurance premium is paid 100% by Metro; benefit includes 2/3 of salary for up to 90 days; Covers loss of medical certificate
- Long Term Disability insurance offered at a minimal charge; Pays 2/3 of salary for up to age 65 for full disability or up to 28 months for loss of medical certificate
