- Annual recurrent full motion simulator training Must pass all conducted drug screens, background and security checks
- Excellent listening and problem solving skills
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently
- Ability to act under pressure and be adaptable to change on a constant basis
- Ability to travel internationally
- Must reside in or near Columbus, OH, for OSU base, or be willing to relocate
