- Hands-on experience with flight management systems, glass cockpits and international flying
- Strong understanding of aviation weather, airport performance, flight plan calculations, fuel planning, weight and balance
- Expert knowledge of the Canadian Aviation Regulations (CARs) and SMS safety practices
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to support clients’ needs
- A willingness to “roll up your sleeves” and at times to go above and beyond the day-to-day to meet requirements
