Working knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135 and Part 91 operations
Thorough understanding of FAA, ICAO, and international flight operations regulations relevant to assigned routes
Proficiency with digital flight planning tools, avionics systems, and web-based or mobile flight applications
Must successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
Deep alignment with Jet Access core values and a genuine commitment to a culture of safety and excellence
Domestic and international travel is inherent to the position and may include extended overnight trips and multi-day assignments
Valid state driver's license required for airport ground transportation and aircraft repositioning support
MUST live within a 90 minute callout of airport KTYQ - This position is not commutable

Familiarity with Avianis, ForeFlight Dispatch, or similar scheduling and dispatch platforms used in charter operations
Experience operating internationally, including ICAO airspace, customs coordination, and overwater procedures
Track record of exceptional client service in a high-end or luxury service environment
