- Bachelor's Degree in aviation-related field or equivalent work experience.
- 5 years experience in a related position in a corporate environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Aviation related software.
- Excellent decision-making and people skills required.
- Experienced in FAR Part 91 operations.
- Experienced in corporate flight operations.
- Professional training in FAR Part 91 operations.
- Professional training in Crew Resource Management (CRM).
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment that is fast-paced and demanding
- Must be self-directed, have excellent initiative and organizational skills
- Exhibits a strong ability to handle multiple demands with a sense of urgency, drive and energy
- Works well under stress with the ability to deliver on time
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experienced with Microsoft Outlook
