Summary

• Robust compensation package. First-year Flexjet pilots utilizing PBS can expect to make
• $100,000 per year. A productivity bonus of $5,000
• is available for crew members that fly over 220 in a
• calendar year. Part of your pay includes the tax-free per
• diem at $42 per day or $8,400 annually the highest
• per diem in the industry.
