Roster
4/4 roster pattern involving early and late (night) standby shift patterns.
Interview, screening and training section
Step 1
Pre-simulator briefing.
Step 2
Company presentation.
Step 3
Simulator assessment – 45 minutes as both pilot flying (PF) and pilot monitoring (PM). Basic handling skills, CRM and flight management will be assessed.
Step 4
Technical assessment – 30 minutes assessing your technical knowledge on your current/previous aircraft type(s).
Step 5
Personnel interview – Approximately 30 minutes to convince Ryanair of your suitability to join the team and to prove that you are the sort of person who will thrive in an environment where hard work and effort are rewarded.
Step 6
Those who emerge successfully from the variuos stages of the selection process will be offered a place on an upcoming course.
Step 7
Within 7 working days after the selection day, applicants will be contacted by phone or e-mail with their assessment results, be it positive or negative.
Compensation and benefits
Summary
Successful candidates can expect to earn up to £121,500 p.a. (UK) and will get an opportunity to fly to any of the 240+ destinations across the extensive Ryanair Group Network.
