Demonstrated international flight operations experience, including flight planning, regulatory coordination, and mission execution outside the United States required.

Bombardier Challenger 3500 type rating and recent operating experience.

Additional requirements

Working knowledge of international procedures and requirements, including oceanic operations, customs and immigration processes, international trip planning, and coordination with foreign handlers and authorities required.
Ability to identify and comply with regulatory and operational requirements applicable to international flight operations.
Valid passport with the ability to travel internationally without restriction.
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit.
Ability to reside within approximately one hour of the flight department hangar in Greeley, Colorado.
Ability to meet company requirements for employment, background screening, training, travel, and aircraft insurance.

Preferred

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in aviation, aerospace, business, or a related field.
Formal training in safety management systems, crew resource management, emergency response, or aviation leadership.
Portuguese-language proficiency a plus.

Work Schedule and Travel

This position supports a variable corporate flight schedule and requires domestic and international travel, overnight stays, and availability outside normal business hours. Flight activity may vary based on company travel requirements. The captain must maintain reliable communication and be prepared to respond appropriately to schedule changes.

Summary

Base salary range of $180,000 – $210,000;
