Previous Chief Pilot or Assistant Chief Pilot experience is preferred. Candidates serving as Chief Pilot for the first time must meet the qualification requirements of 14 CFR §119.71.

Recent Cessna Caravan (C208) PIC experience within the past three (3) to five (5) years

Additional requirements

Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to mentor pilots, promote safety, and lead a high-performing flight department.
Must be willing and able to travel to various parts of the United States, Caribbean, and Canada for periods of days to weeks as required for training, repairs or other business needs.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to meet all FAA, company, General Operations Manual (GOM), Operations Specifications, training, checking, and qualification requirements.

This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing pilot performance, regulatory compliance, training, and operational excellence while supporting safe and reliable service throughout Florida and the Bahamas. This is a full-time, salaried leadership position supporting a 7 day week Part 135 operation.

Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and outside normal business hours as operational needs require.

Maintain an active leadership presence and provide operational support outside normal business hours as needed.
