Previous leadership or management experience in aviation.
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations, safety standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; exceptional problem solving and decision marking abilities.
Proficiency in aviation software and technology.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Ability to work within a 24/7 operation including holidays.
Ability to pass 10-year background check and pre-employment drug screen as required by company and/or airline regulations.
Authorized to work in the U.S. per the Immigration Act of 1986.

Summary
Salary Range: $168,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually
