As the part 135 Chief Pilot at Reliable Robotics, you will lead the companys commercial flight operations team and ensure operational compliance with all flight operations part 135 requirements. Your role will be critical in developing operational integrity from the pre-launch phase of an exciting new air carrier seeking to efficiently move people and goods.
The Chief Pilot is a critical leadership role which is responsible for managing all activities of the pilot team. These responsibilities include the development of the pilot team including training, hiring, scheduling, and aircraft operating standards. The ideal candidate would be recognized as an expert in flight operations with the ability to lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent operational performance. The Chief Pilot, Director of Maintenance, and all operational personnel report to and are accountable to the Director of Operations for all CFR Part 135 operations.
