Additional requirements

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic aviation training environment.
  • Proficiency in aviation training software and technology.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in aviation or a related field preferred.
  • Knowledge of BCARS and industry best practices in aviation training will be an added advantage.
