- Two (2) years of FAA 121 or 135 flying experience is required.
- Previous Cessna Caravan (C208) experience.

Additional requirements
- Knowledge of aviation safety standards and practices
- Knowledge of common aviation regulations
- Ability to manage classes and teach effectively.
- Ability to concentrate and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, and 135.
- Knowledge of Crew Resource Management (CRM) concepts.
- Basic technology proficiency, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, and other internet-based programs.
- Strong focus on quality with a continuous drive toward process improvement and student satisfaction.
- Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen per airline regulations.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
