  • 3-5 years of experience as an airline and/or military instructor or evaluator.
Preferred time
  • Line Check Airman Experience.
  • Sim Instructor/PCA/APD Experience.

Additional requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Advanced computer experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Possess a strong background in pilot training and standardization, as well as exceptional leadership skills.
  • Ability to speak/read/write in English.
  • If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred

  • Associate's or bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience in pilot training and standardization functions: development, delivery and/or management perspective.
  • Experience with MINT or other TMS.
