Minimum requirements
- 1,250 hrs, associates degree with aviation major
- 1,000 hrs, bachelors degree with an aviation major
- 750 flight hours if military-trained and qualified
- 25 Multi Engine Land
- 100 Night
- 75 Instrument
- 500 reducible to 200^^ Cross Country
- 250* PIC
- 100* PIC Cross Country
- 25* PIC Night
- *May be a combination of SIC and PIC time if the SIC time has been acquired in operations that required a SIC under FAR.
- ^^In the case of applicants with less than 500 cross country a restricted ATP will be issued
Additional requirements
- Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radio License
- Must have the ability to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 2 or 4 Year College Degree with an aviation major
- Must be able to work any shift, including: days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Valid Passport and authorized to travel to any country served by Endeavor Air
- Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive Company, FAA and DOT required pre-employment screening, criminal background check, drug test, motor vehicle driving record (MVR), and PRIA records check.

- $52.19/hr first-year starting pay rate
- Per diem pay of $1.90 per hour while on assignment
- 100% Deadhead Pay and 100% Cancellation Pay
- $10,000 Pilot Training Completion Bonus
- Positive space commuting to/from base to report to work
