Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radio License
Must have an Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) OR ability to obtain an ATP or Restricted ATP
High School Diploma or GED equivalent

First year hourly rate of pay is $103.02
Third-year Captain rate $164.84/hour
Upgrades projected in as little as 24 months, less with previous 121 time
For First Officers with qualifying Part 121 or Part 135 hours, Endeavor offers:
A sign-on bonus of $20,000-$40,000 depending on experience;
A longevity pay scale based on a pilot’s number of completed years at a Part 121 carrier;
Eligibility to participate in our bonus and retention program, which includes up to $110,000 in bonus potential plus early Captain pay starting at 850 hour;
Captain upgrades as soon as you reach the required regulatory hours.
Endeavor can help well-qualified pilot candidates finish up their ATP-CTP certification process by providing company-sponsored training with our ATP training partner.
Endeavor Air pilots have an exclusive, guaranteed and contractual career pathway to the Delta flight deck through the Career Advancement Program. A new hire today is projected to advance to Delta in as little at 48 months.
New York City Residents Only: The minimum pay is $101.50 per credit hour. Additional pay increases occur as listed in the CBA, to a current maximum of $120.87 per credit hour.
