• Compensation $200,000 base.
• Additional Compensation Up to $10,000 signing bonus for qualified candidates! Strong retention bonus structure for years of service.
• Pay Scale We offer a pay scale that provides all pilots with known raises for each year of service.
• Company Credit Cards and Per Diem All crews are issued company credit cards for hotels, rental cars, etc., and crews are paid per diem of $65 domestic and $95 international for meal expenses.
