• Monthly fee: Year 1 USD 118,000/ Year 10: USD 147,365. Scheduled pay raises annually
• Signing bonus:
• -$7500.00 for pilots with previous type rating in aircraft being recruited for.
• -$7500.00 retention bonus for pilots with commitment to remain for additional year.

• Pilots over 65 years old with valid medical class 1 + meeting the min requirement are welcome to apply.
• Visa sponsor available for CRJ200 type rated non-American Captains (Min 5000 TT hours).
