- Monthly fee: Year 1 USD 118,000/ Year 10: USD 147,365. Scheduled pay raises annually
- Signing bonus:
- -$7500.00 for pilots with previous type rating in aircraft being recruited for.
- -$7500.00 retention bonus for pilots with commitment to remain for additional year.

- Airline covers 75% of family primary health plan premiums and 90% of single employee premiums.
- Hotel points, rental car points and airlines miles are kept by employee.

- Visa sponsor available for CRJ200 type rated non-American Captains (Min 5000 TT hours).
