Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radio License
High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
Possess and maintain a valid passport and equivalent travel documents to freely enter and exit all destinations where Endeavor Air flies.
Must be able to work any shift, including: days, nights, weekends, and holidays
Ability to successfully pass a comprehensive Company, FAA and DOT required pre-employment screening, criminal background check, drug test, motor vehicle driving record (MVR), and PRIA records check.

Compensation and benefits

Summary

$40,000 sign on bonus paid out at completion of OE
Year-for-year pay scale longevity match up to our industry-leading 10-year rate. Earn up to $190.60/hr
An additional $110,000 in retention bonuses through our Bonus & Retention Program
