- Must be based in or reside near the PHX domicile
- Current SkyWest pilot with previous command/leadership experience required

Job description
Assist Chief Pilot with general supervision of pilots assigned to PHX
Must be knowledgeable on the contents of all Flight Operations Manuals, FARs
Participate in pilot and new hire briefings
Conduct crewmember performance appraisals/reviews
Monitor Probationary Pilot performance and professional development
Support Flight Operations and Training/Standards Departments
Assure pilot compliance with FARs and company policies
Communicate domicile information to pilots
Promote safety, SMS, Safety Risk Management, Safety Assurance and communication
Coordinate with other departments, as required
Monitor Flight Operations performance data
Monitor crewmember reliability
Attend industry meetings as appropriate
Additional duties as assigned
