Additional requirements
- Current RC-135 fleet familiarity with the 55th Wings 338th CTS pilot training programs.
- Possess RC-fleet Pilot/IP flight currency, FAA certifications, physical requirements and Subject Matter Expert (SME) on 55th Wing mission sets, operational configurations and platform/aircraft capabilities. Ability to make recommendations to improve RC-fleet flight training/operational processes, efficiency and practices
- 15+ years pilot experience including 8 years primary flight/aircrew experience in RC-fleet aircraft and IP certifications.
- Also requires 7 years management experience including review, analysis and management of operations, airspace use, USAF/MAJCOM/FAA regulations, policies and associated Technical Orders (TOs)/Directives.
- Active/previous IP status in C-135/707 type aircraft preferred with certifications.
- Must possess a proven record in problem solving, decision-making, financial management, logistics and concept development.
- Bachelors Degree is required

- Masters Degree is preferred.
- Must ably test and implement approved process improvements, relying on experience/judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Work under general supervision, typically reporting to Chief of Flight Operations and Program Manager. Aptly proficient in presentation, written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products.
