Experience in courseware development, platform instruction, simulator instruction, and in-flight instruction.
Experience in writing and/or reviewing technical publications.
Graduate of weapons or tactics school, safety school, or advanced instrument school.

Have C-130/L-382 experience within the last 12 months.

Additional requirements
Have been qualified on Night Vision Goggles, tactical air land and airdrop.
Meet and comply with FAA physical regulatory qualification and requirements to perform flight duties as a contract pilot.
Comply with AFI 10-220, Contractor Flight and Ground Operations, as well as with all applicable Air Force flying training regulations and flight training programs.
Have experience as an Air Force Instructor Pilot or Air Force Evaluator Pilot.
Instruct ground training, initial qualifications, and refresher courses within the approved syllabi.
Develop training courseware, syllabi, and test materials for various pilot training courses.
Must have a TS/SCI clearance.
Willing to work evenings/weekends and willing to travel domestically/internationally for up to 30 days.
