Additional requirements
- Minimum of twelve (12) months experience as an aircraft aircrew ground school and/or Search and Rescue operations training. Experience must be related to the proposed category of instruction. Recent Flight Standards experience on a Search and Rescue operational squadron will be considered equivalent experience.
- Minimum of six (6) months, hands-on experience performing detailed analysis of curriculum components that includes Qualification Standards, Training Plans, Lesson Plans, and proposing solutions to enhance components. Recent Flight Standards experience on a Search and Rescue operational squadron will be considered equivalent experience.
- Minimum of twelve (12) months experience in a formal instruction to an adult audience.
- Must have a secret clearance
