Additional requirements

  • Must hold at least a Commercial Pilot Certificate with appropriate category and class ratings.
  • Must hold an FAA Medical Certificate appropriate to the level of Pilot Certificate.
  • Strong background in ISR and flight support to SOF is required.
  • Candidates must be able to demonstrate extensive knowledge and experience supporting advanced flight training, working as part of a training team and demonstrate the ability to effectively communicate and integrate with a ground-based training team.
  • A current Secret clearance is required.
  • A current TS clearance with an investigation date that would support immediate SCI eligibility is desired.

Preferred

  • An Airline Transport Pilot Certificate preferred.
  • Experience in a military flight training capacity where student evaluation, mentoring and coaching was required is highly desired.

Job description

ODL Services has full-time openings for MC-12 Pilots in support of our Training Systems Division in Oklahoma City, OK. Candidates for these positions must have documented Active Duty Military and Civil aviation experience, ideally with SOF. They will be expected to support airborne training as part of an integrated ground and air team providing Mission and Continuation Training to sensor and systems operators in accordance with a government provided syllabus and training objectives.

Pilots supporting this program will be expected to conduct classroom, ground and airborne training to assist in the production of qualified Tactical System Operators. Pilots will conduct mission briefs, execute sorties and then participate in debriefs and post mission documentation. A strong background in integrated flight and ground training is required to successfully fill these positions

These positions are not subject to deployment overseas, but short-notice recall from off-duty hours to support emergent requirements, night, weekend and holiday work can be expected.
