Understand the regulatory requirements for pilot training in a commercial air transport operation.
Be familiar with the parts of OM-D relevant to pilot training.
Be familiar with aviation management systems, including compliance monitoring and safety management procedures.

Ideally the successful candidate with have held a nominated role in an AOC before, however Norse will consider candidates with previous operational management experience and/or a suitable background accompanied by a strong wiliness to learn and adopt to the requirements of the role.
