Minimum requirements
- A minimum of 1000 hours multi-engine (fixed wing) command time
Additional requirements
- Preference will be given to applicants who hold a B777/787 Type Rating
- Hold, or have recently held, an Australian Commercial Pilots Licence (Aeroplane)
- Hold, or have recently held an Instrument Rating endorsed with MEA, IAP 2D, and IAP 3D
- Previous instructor experience in multi-crew aeroplane type ratings
- A demonstrated knowledge of Civil Aviation Legislation applicable to jet transport operations and flight crew training and licencing
Job description
Qantas Flight Training is seeking applications for the role of Type Rated Instructor Simulator Instructor (TRI-SI) on the Boeing 787 fleet. The position will be based at our new training facility in Brisbane, Australia. Please note that this is a non-flying position. Qantas line pilots are ineligible to apply.
