Must be able to speak fluent and understandable Turkish
At least high school graduation (our candidates who graduated from a high school abroad are required to submit their equivalence certificates.)
No criminal record or criminal archive record
No accident / incident record
Having completed the military service, or being exempt from or able to postpone it for minimum 2 years
Not have previously quitted jobs in Turkish Airlines Inc. or other organizations due to indiscipline actions
Not having previously left Turkish Airlines Inc. and its affiliates due to contract termination

Duty schedule

Pilots duty schedules are published on 24th of each month if the calendar month is 31 days; published on the 23rd if the calendar month is 30 days.

Commuting roster option

Commuting roster is offered to both First Officers & Captain Pilots, that is, 3 weeks on / 1 week off. Confirmed tickets are provided only to the Captain Pilots to use before and after the block off days.
